Simply set a list of times you want your notification sounds set to "On" and "Off", and Notification Silencer will silence or un-silence your notifications for you.
How does it work? Instead of changing notification volumes, not supported in pure ICS, Notification Silencer simply sets your ringtone and notification sound volume to zero, then sets it back when an incoming call is detected. When the call is complete, notifications are automatically re-silenced.
The Free version of the software supports one set of "on" and one set of "off" triggers (upgrade to Pro for unlimited!). It has been tested extensively on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus but should also work with any other device with Android 2.0 or greater.
